Before You Return It...
We see this constantly, and our reviews back it up: "I had my doubts about the wallet at first... but after using it for a few days, it turned into the best wallet I've ever carried."
We're glad to process your return right away, but we wouldn't be doing right by you if we didn't suggest actually giving the wallet a real try for a few days before deciding. In most cases, you'll end up loving both how it works and how it looks.
Here are a few of the most common reasons for returns, along with simple fixes for each.
1) "Doesn't fit enough cards" or "It's too small." - Trust us: our wallet holds more cards than nearly any other on the market, even oversized traditional wallets. It will get thicker if you load it with a large stack, but carrying the same number of cards, it stays slimmer than the wallet you have now. Most people who return for this reason never actually tried loading in the cards they planned to carry — they judged by looks alone. Load your cards in, every one of them, and you'll see it handles the stack. Just don't force 20 cards in all at once. Start with a few, then keep adding a few at a time until everything is in. It will hold them.
2) "I didn't like needing to pull out every card to find the one I needed." - You should NEVER need to remove your whole stack with our wallet. Just use the pull tab to expose the cards and spread them with your fingers like a hand of playing cards. You do this while the cards are still partly inside the wallet, right after lifting them with the tab. Pro tip: keep your two most-used cards at the top and bottom of the stack — those are the fastest to reach.
3) "I couldn't figure out how to use the wallet." - Our wallets are extremely simple by design. They don't fold open like a classic wallet. You just slide all your cards into the main pocket and reach them with the pull tab. Cash or extra cards can go under the strap on the back of the wallet, or if you prefer, fold your bills and slip them in with your cards.
RETURNS POLICY
We offer a no-questions-asked return policy, meaning you can send your item back for a full refund within a full 90 days from the date of purchase.
To begin a return, use our self-service returns page hereproofwallets@gmail.com. Keep in mind that returns must be shipped to the address we provide when your return is approved. Also note that we do not cover return shipping costs for orders coming from outside the United States.
Once you contact us, we'll send full instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be processed, since we rely on our system to handle returns efficiently.

Our Lifetime Warranty ensures your wallet will be repaired or replaced free of charge if it's damaged, no matter the cause. We also cover lost or stolen items, according to the terms below. We don't pay return shipping on orders outside the United States, but those orders are refunded in full.

Repairs and Replacements for Damaged Products:
We will repair or replace any damaged product, no matter how the damage happened, for the lifetime of the product. There's no cap on how many times an item can be repaired or replaced because of damage. This coverage applies to every product we sell. -
Lost or Stolen Products:
We will replace a lost or stolen wallet one (1) time per wallet purchased. After that replacement, any further loss or theft of that product is no longer covered by this warranty. If a lost-wallet claim is redeemed, the option to return the replacement wallet for a refund or exchange is void. Coverage for damage and everyday wear remains valid for life. This clause applies only to our wallets — all other products are excluded from lost or stolen claims.
Proof of Purchase Requirement:
To use your warranty, you'll need to show proof of purchase. We accept the following:
- Order number from our website (for orders placed directly with us).
- Amazon order receipt (for purchases made through Amazon).
- Physical or digital receipt from a retail store (for in-store purchases).
Without valid proof of purchase, we reserve the right to decline warranty claims.
Exclusions
Lost or stolen wallet coverage does not apply to items bought through third-party retailers and covers wallets only. Every other product we offer is excluded from this part of the policy. Lost or stolen coverage applies only to items purchased directly through our website or our official Amazon storefront. Claims for damage or normal wear and tear are honored under all circumstances.
Warranty Abuse Prevention:
Our warranty exists to give our customers peace of mind; however, we reserve the right to void the warranty at any point if we suspect abuse or misuse of the policy. In those cases, we will refund the full original purchase price to the original buyer, and no further warranty claims will be accepted for that product.
Limitations:
- This warranty is transferrable. Verification of the original purchaser is required.
- One replacement for loss or theft per wallet.
- Proof of purchase is required for every warranty claim.

Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped, so we can review the problem and fix it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return what you have, and once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll let you know once your return arrives and confirm whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund goes automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind your bank or card issuer may need extra time to process and post it.
